Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location for walking around Osaka. Convenient little restaurant in the hotel for an early breakfast before the area opens up. Rooms are a bit tight but for where you are, they were great to come back to and rest after a day of walking the city. Has everything you need for a temporary stay.
