It was our most expensive hotel we booked in Japan and the tiniest. We were prepared for small rooms in Japan, but this felt like a small cruise ship cabin. It was the worst bed and pillows I’ve ever experienced in all my travels. My husband and I both barely slept and woke up sore. The bathroom is a hazard. You have to take a huge step to get in and out of the bathroom. They forced housekeeping on us and we just felt like it wasn’t necessary in such a small space for how little time we were there. The front desk was very nice so I’ll give them that and there are a few cute restaurants nearby. If you’re just passing through for business or a layover fine. But never again. I’m hate to leave bad reviews but I wish I was warned. Again..our huge room in the middle of Ginza Tokyo was cheaper…

It was well livable and cosy. Close to the train station and a well stocked convenience shop. New towels were issued daily even though houskeeping is done once in 3 days. Reception is very helpful. Would recomend a proper scale for bags though. Keep up teh good work.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here as a female solo traveler. I felt safe and enjoyed the various modes of transportation surrounding me, the gorgeous river and flower garden down the street, and the ability to get amazing massages around the corner at Six Trees. I highly recommend. The staff were super helpful and friendly as well.

This hotel is in a good overall central location for most of the places a tourist would want to visit in Osaka, but not directly adjacent to anything. The rooms are well equipped with everything you should need, but the rooms are very small, and only ideal for 1 person. A room with a double bed consumes all of the space in the room, and is not ideal for 2 people, as the other person will always be in your way.

I’m glad to have stayed at this APA location it was a quick walk to any combini you’d crave! This location is so convenient and accessible to several subway entrances. The facility was spotless and so clean. Staff was so kind to help me with the forwarding of my luggage. 10 stars if I could give them that many!

Love this place

Really loved this hotel in Osaka. Central and easy to walk everywhere plus its really lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend and if I ever get back to Osaka (planning to in a few years all being well), will definately stay here again.
