Quite convenient after a long flight, would stay again. Great shower, good bedding. Not much to do in the area, the restaurant was convenient and breakfast was very good.

We stayed the last night here before leaving Japan. It was fun that the front desk were 2 dinosaurs with robot voice. Check-in and check-out were smoothy. The real human staff was rude, I ate instant noodle in front of the lobby cause we were rush to catch the flight. There were sofas, a table, an orange juice vending machine and no sign indicating that no eating allowed there. A staff yelled at me to stop eating there, but this was their negligent to not put a sign on in the first place.

Henn na hotel offers a novelty welcome by a couple of dınosauts at reception . Other than that the hotel is not quirky but very ordinary . It offers clean , onfortable accommodation one stop away from the airport by Osaka Bay . The buildings are lost in a jungle of concrete and ongoing construction in the next plot but not in any way disturbing . The hotel is five mi utes from Rinku Town JR rail station . Breakfast is Japanese style - plentiful and varied . The fesuurant offers lunch and dinner - good value for money . The hotel is adjacent to a natural mineral thermal bath free for use to hotel guests . Excellent - with indoor and outdoor spacious pools . Great value for money close to Kansai airport for arrivals and departures .

It was a nice hotel however the facilities were slightly older in the spa. The stay was nice and there were opportunities to use the spa until 0700-2400hr at night. A beach view was also nice which enabled to see the seaside in the morning should you choose one of those views.

ホテルは部屋から景色はとても良かったですが、とにかく部屋がホコリだらけでホコリアレルギーで出て大変でした。バスルームはなんとも言えない臭いに気分が悪くなりました。夜に到着してホテルへの行き方が明確にされていない為JR到着後どの出口からでてどの方向に行けば良いか全く分からず重いスーツケースを持って困りました。チェックインでは名前が登録されていない為時間がかかり、最終的にスタッフさんを呼び出しやっとチェックインできましたが温泉税の300円は事前に提示されていない為お金を用意していませんでした。私が代表で２部屋予約したのですが 息子達の部屋はチェックイン時にパスポートのインフォメーションも与えてしまいました。予期していない事が沢山起きてとても戸惑いました。

Am not a fan of a self check-in hotel. The staff was only available if you need help. Two pillows! And when I asked for two more pillows for the two of us, they said they have no pilllows.

Spacious room with a great view

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The seaview amazing. Check in with the dinosaur robots was fun. I didn’t like the compulsory bath tax as I wasn’t going to use the onsen. When I booked the hotel months ago, the room facility included a cute robot. But now they took away the robots and you have to pay 1000yen to get it. The settee in the room had stains on it. Also, there is no airport shuttle (and all other hotels around have it) and it’s about 600m from the Rinku Town station. But despite the few hiccups my stay was comfortable.

I enjoyed relaxing at their Onsen overlooking the water, but this hotel is not that easy to find and the nearest station is a pretty long walk if you have luggage. There aren’t any shops nearby and the only restaurant is the one at the hotel, but if you have an early flight out of KIX airport, then staying here a night is convenient.

Excellent Hotel Near Kansai Airport

The place was great to stay. The location was 5 minutes from Rinku Town station which was very convenient as we arrived in the evening at 11PM at Kansai Airport. Rooms are decent size for two people. The front desk is self service. So if you arrive after midnight you will need to ring the intercom to have someone buzz you in. Everything went smoothly for us. We did not have the chance to utilize the bath but you will need to still pay for it unfortunately. We would love to come back next time. In the morning it’s beautiful to walk around the waterfront.
