Amenities are limited. Spa area need huge improvement, it is old and small, hot water sometimes cut off during shower, only a small locker good for room card or cell phone, free ice bar is not refilled sometimes. On the good side, location is close (3 mins walk) to subway and core tourist area. Front desk speak and understand english very well, guest services are good.

The room didn't look fully cleaned. There was no coffee or even a bottle of water in the room. When I asked reception, they told me they dont do that there. Basic service in anywhere else I have been. The breakfast was bad. I didnt finish my meals and even skipped one of the days. The coffee was terrible and the juice was concentrated, very sugary trash. The kitchen staff was friendly though. The reception staff (non Japanese) were cold, abrupt and generally rude.
