The carpet of our room was dirty when we first arrived. There were several pieces of plastic and sharp metal objects on the floor. The front desk staff was OK, but seemed to hurry you on your way. The room was basic. Not horrible, but we have stayed in smaller rooms that were nicer. The bathtub was nice. The coffee and tea at the end of the day was nice. It would have been nice to have coffee offered in the morning as well.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The bed and sheets were super comfortable and cozy. The breakfast have good varity of food and was always delicious. Not once was i ever disappointed during the stay. Next time we come to Osaka will definitely be rebooking at this hotel

Close to Osaka station where shopping and restaurants around. A lawson and a drug store just downstairs. Clean and looks newly renovated. The room is spacious with an extra bed for my little one. Thanks for the staff for a free upgrade. The onsen is not clean enough though. The elevators sometime a long wait.

This was a very busy hotel during our stay in Osaka. The front desk is located on the 2nd floor with a small lobby area that is very congested during check in and check out times. The elevators will always stop on the 2nd floor which does slow down elevator flow. The rooms have no ventilation at all and the thermostat does not work to cool the room. This was slightly alleviated by the presence of a small humidifier in the room. The rooms were clean but small. This hotel has hot baths that are absolutely not accessible for anyone with tattoos… just for consideration. We did have the breakfast package, it was satisfactory with a nice variety of choices and never too busy. Overall this place was okay for our stay in Osaka but not as nice as other 3 star hotels I stayed at in Japan.
