Very conveniently located property. There’s a subway station right outside and it’s a short walk to Osaka Station. The staff is top notch! Excellent housekeeping and front desk staff. They are extremely polite and courteous and helpful!

A little walk from Osaka Station

Conviene location. 10 m walk to Umeda a gigantic shopping district but we prefer Osaka station where you can find many restaurants and cafes and less crowded than Umeda. Surprisingly we found Donkey on the right side of the Osaka station. Hotel is generally good considering you are in a big city. Front desk is very kind and speak good English.

Good shopping & eatery experience !!

Nice newer hotel located not far from Osaka Station. Connected underground but can be challenging to find the right direction to hotel location, especially if staying for the first time. Osaka station is huge and spread out, full of restaurants, cafes and eateries. Fantastic shopping all around Osaka station. Hotel check-in experience at front desk reception was not warm and friendly, rather cold and businesslike. We were allocated a room with King sized bed. Request for two twin beds was not entertained. Room was rather compact but cosy with a good city view. Nice spa with Japanese bath and sauna open till midnight daily. Did not opt for pricey hotel breakfast. Hotel lifts or elevators were rather slow for some reason. Convenient Transportation from Osaka Central Station. Recommended for short stay in this location if you are in Osaka for a shopping experience, although there are other hotels & hospitality options for similar pricing in the same location.

Complementary coffee was unavailable (roped off) when we wanted it in the morning. The breakfast seemed expensive for what was offered. We looked at, but did not purchase it, so cannot comment on the quality. Eleven check out time with 1500 yen per hour for later checkout time. The bed was comfortable.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near both Umeda Station and Osaka Station, making it easy to get around. The room was a decent size, the amenities were excellent, and the daily cleaning service was consistently great. We did have to pick up the iron and ironing board from the reception, but that was a minor inconvenience. One drawback is that the hotel has only one restaurant, which is open only for a buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, there’s no option for a non-buffet breakfast, and the restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner. We spent three nights here as a couple and were extremely satisfied overall. The front desk staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Very nice modern hotel.

Very nice hotel, we had a nice time. I liked the amenities in the room, like the headband. Two different types of pillow and firm mattress Only downside was that window did not open. Also watch out for the hotel with the same name on the otherside of Osaka Station.

Everything (location, dining options, transportation) is awesome. The only complaint was the noise, because it is located next to a main road. Other than that, I would highly recommend it.

The hotel staff were very helpful with forwarding our luggage to our next destination. For those who don't know, Japan has excellent luggage forwarding services that can save you a lot of time and effort when traveling between cities.
