My only issue with the hotel is that they need a better option to store luggage so that it does not overtake the lobby at various times of the day, notably during checkout and check-in times. Otherwise, this hotel is modern and nothing short of amazing. The staff is attentive and answer your questions graciously. I liked the proximity to Osaka Station, shopping and restaurants. It will surely be on my travel plans in my next stay to Osaka.

Room was quite spacious. Most Hotel rooms in Japan are quite small. But for a 3 bed room we had enough space for our needs. 1st night there we did encounter 2 ants in the room. Might have been rare encounter we were on the 11th floor. Didn't see any more of them for the rest of our stay. Hotel staff were very polite and courteous. Transportation and shopping was within reasonable walking distance. Lots of eating establishments pretty much everwhere you go, above ground and underground. Very much enjoyed our stay. Wouldn't mind staying again.

Convenient location that is quite straightforward to get to from Osaka station (once you know the path). Our room in particular, had an odd smell in the washroom. Not pungent per se, just odd and mildly discomforting every time you'd step in.

A good place. The hotel is in a great place, located ~5 mins to Osaka station and it is very well connected. The only issue we had is the long waiting for check in, besides that, everything was good, the breakfast is a bit expensive but very complete, and the rooms are comfortable.

Very conveniently located. The staff are friendly. Very neat and clean with amazing amenities. About 10 minutes underground walk from the Osaka station. When you get out of the train ticket machine go towards the south exit. It will take you to the B1 level. Then continue the to walk straight until you find the exit 1141A. Then go up to the surface level. Look up and you will see the hotel name. Turn right to get to the hotel entrance. Reception is at the 2nd level.
