It was so good service However, if there has much longer breakfast time, it will be great Most of family are tired because of universal studio and walking on there Also, if there has swimming pool, it will be great The swimming pool cna relax guest's muscles Evrything was great and if when I go back to USJ, I will stay there again

Great place to start our Japan vacation. Just steps from Universal studios and the Universal City train stops. Room was clean. Spacious enough for 4 adults (we had the quad room). Had the breakfast one morning. While everything was definitely, not sure it was worth the $100 USD price tag for 4. Staff interactions were great. Would recommend it here.

Fantastic family accommodation just a short stroll from Universal Studios. The breakfast buffet was really nice and catered to western and eastern cuisine. The free drinks and sweets during certain hours was a bonus too!

We had an excellent stay at this property, minus the fact that the beds were not very comfortable. However, that seems to be the case in other properties in Japan. Aside from the uncomfortable beds, our stay was fantastic. The staff and the people of Japan, in general, were friendly! The breakfast was delicious as there was something for everyone in my family to eat. I would recommend this property to all who plan to stay in this area of Osaka.

Hotel is convenient if you are going to Universal, the bathroom is kind of tiny but manageable and there is no closet. Only stayed 2 nights so it was not bad. AC does not work so if you are going during the summer I would expect you will be warm.

駐車場代以外は大変満足しています

コネクティングルームはとても快適に過ごせ、家族も喜んでおりました。 朝食も充実しており、満喫させていただきました。 1点だけ、駐車場代が聞いていた金額と異なっておりました。 伺っていたのは、入庫から24時間で3,000円、以降は30分ごとに500円とのことでした。 今回は4/1 5:28～4/3 12:44まで利用したので、 24時間×2＋7時間16分となり、高くても3,000×3で9,000円になるかと思っていましたが、実際の料金は15,900円でした。 ホテルの会員登録特典でサービス券を2枚頂いていたので、費用は軽減されて5,300円になりましたが、少し違和感が残りました。 事前精算機があれば、フロントに質問に行こうと思いましたが、駐車場の出口にしか精算機がないので、やむなく支払う形となり、そこだけ残念でした。 それ以外はとても満足しています。

So close to Universal! Loved that walking out of hotel turning right put you at City walk and could pretty much see Universal. From our room we couls see Harry Castle and a bit of Mario Land. Breakfast buffet was awesome and kids loved it.
