This hotel is located in a quiet area of Osaka but still only a short walk to Dotonbori. It is nicely situated between Osaka Castle and Namba making everything readily accessible. Perfect for any trip to Osaka.

We didnโ€™t expect to arrive at the property after a long trip and didnโ€™t get to meet anyone. Everything has to be done electronically. The property manager sent us a link to complete the pre-check in process but the link didnโ€™t work. We tried to request them to send it a different way but they never responded. Iโ€™m glad that Expedia representative be able to help us get the information to get in the building. Nobodyโ€™s in the lobby to greet us and we had to complete the check in process with the IPad. We would never come back to this place again.
