The staff always smiling. Very helpful and professional Near Shin-Osaka station and Nishinakajima-Minamigata station of the Midosuji line which brings you directly in the heart of Osaka. Lots of convenient stores around and food options. We will definitely come back.

This no-frills business hotel offers great value. It's relatively new and located just one block away from Nishinakajami-Minamigata Station on the Midosuji Line, making it easy to get around Osaka. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the front-desk uncle who was mentioned in a few negative reviews. He provided great service, was incredibly professional, really patient with us, and his English was absolutely excellent. I would definitely consider staying at the hotel if I were to visit Osaka again.
