First the two negatives. It was not clean. The bedding and towels yes but I think the rooms and common areas could do with some love. Mysterious sauce stains and just overall wear in the room. The last negative was there is no in room thermostat which was not ideal during our stay as Osaka was in a spring heat wave. If that doesn't bother you then you will like this place. Overall great location right off of Dotonbouri and a train station. The staff was lovely, they have a service in the lobby for baggage forwarding, and the breakfast was great.

Much larger room compared to the regular Sotetsu properties. Small bath and mini fridge but otherwise feels more spacious. More free amenities and other essentials as well. Larger reception hall and many more kiosks to check in and out. Very close to many markets and famous streets to allow large selection of shopping and food. Would stay here again.

This was a really nice hotel in a decent location. Just kind of small in terms of the bathroom, but the bed was comfortable and the space was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our fridge didn’t work which was quite a bummer, but they did have a fridge we could borrow at the front desk. Just made it an inconvenience is all. Definitely would stay here again, it’s within walking distance to some of the most popular places and it was easy to get to the subway as well.
