Enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to Dotonbori and there was a lot of food options, breakfast was delicious and excellent. Would stay here again. The staff was very nice. The room we chose was on the smaller size, but we made it work. We also knew the room was small. They had space to store the luggage under the bed. We had two large suitcases and two carry on suitcases. They had complimentary coffee also. For breakfast they had two areas, traditional Japanese breakfast and a downstairs area with baked goods like crossaints and coffee.

Very clean, amazingly helpful staff. Who always greet with a smile, really easy check in process with an exchange machine downstairs (the exchange rate is worse in the hotel but good for convenience) really reasonable price with easy access to Dottonburi and the subway. Highly recommend

Hotel is very close to Namba station, shops and restaurants. The family room is very spacious for a hotel in Japan, big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids and suitcases with a living room area. Staff is friendly and helpful.
