Everything was just fine. We had the breakfast included. It was very good. Japanese style. No other choices for people that may not prefer to have the same menu every fay. I would come to the same hotel but I would not have breakfast every day there.

This place is conveniently located in the heart of Shinjuku. Only 8 min from train station. In a quiet alley, away from all the noise. People are friendly and they speak some English. Great bakery and 7/11 a block away. I would give it a 10+ if I could.

I stayed in this hotel with my parents and and my son. They were all fully satisfied eith this hitel.This hotel is located right next to a street of restaurants. Very convinient. Provides a buffet style breakfast. My parents loved the foods. The bath that you can use has a good option to relax after walking all day. Room was good enough to stay 3 nights. Staffs were very kind and polite. The only thing I struggled was about the connection from the nearest station, Umeda station. That station is huge so it was hard to find a route to get there for a first time visitor of Japan.

This was a very nice place to stay for a couple days in Osaka. The hotel was clean and in a good location. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel management is to try to add some shelves or hooks or luggage racks to the rooms. There really is nowhere to put your luggage aside from the floor or on the couch.

Great hotel, excellent location

A lovely hotel, room was very spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful organising luggage transfer and with general requests. Laundry facilities were good but only two machines on two floors, would be great to have on every floor. Good location really easy to travel to many places, and lots of shops around the hotel. Only downside was noise from outside roads is quite loud at night, but this seems to be an issue in many Japanese hotels due to lack of double glazed windows.

The hotel is relatively new and impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Access to the public bath and sauna is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The breakfast is excellent, though it leans heavily on traditional options and does not include bread. Highly recommended! Will certainly book again if in the area.
