Polite staff and a spotlessly clean room. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Most importantly, this hotel is in a fantastic location for sightseeing. The Christmas market is just outside and you can walk to places like the Munch museum or the Royal Palace in ten minutes. The perfect spot for a few days away!.

The food and beverage was excellent the staff was excellent . Location was excellent . Our room face the front of a busy street so it was quite noisy. The room was very compact for two people with luggage. We also feel it was overly warm and had a hard time cooling it off except keeping windows open which made the noise difficult while sleeping.

Overall everything was good. The room was nice, bed was comfortable and front desk was friendly and helpful. Cleaning needs improvement. What let this place down was on the last two days cleaning was not done. We had no clean towels for two days, bedsheets were never changed, and because no cleaning was done we had to ask for garbage and dishes and wet towels be removed at 21:00. We did not have the sign up for no cleaning, so it was purely overlooked towards the end of our stay.

Great location. Easy to get around. Greeting email to help get situated before the stay. Gym in the basement is a bit stuffy, but well furnished and open 24/7. Prolly a solid choice for my next Oslo trip
