Excellent breakfast included in the room rate. Good comfy beds. A problem wit construction that started at about 7.30 every morning. Not quite clear if it affected just our room or floor. We were top floor. But I’d recommend you ask about that. Otherwise very comfy and clean. Close to all major tourist areas.

Lovely hotel with great service and excellent breakfast. Hotel is well located, and staff are very helpful. Only drawback is not having a lounge area of size to relax in. Apart from that it provided an excellent base to explore from.

"The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. The room, however, was quite small and the hotel felt a bit overcrowded during our stay. Unfortunately, the temperature in the room couldn't be adjusted, and the fan seemed to be constantly on, which made the air feel too drafty at times.

Great location but construction

Great location, the free breakfast was great! Everything was very walkable from the hotel. I didnt give them 5 stars because there is a lot of construction in the building so it can be loud and we asked fr our rooms to be near each other and no one saw that in the comments until we arrived and it was too late to accommodate.

The hotel is nice. The staff at checking was not very friendly. She was not rude but just a yes and no answers, like she did not want to be there. The room was nice and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. It is located in a perfect place. A 5 minute walk to the harbor and many restaurants, head the other direction and you are by the shopping area another 5-10 minute walk. The castle us a very short walk away. The only complaint is the parking! They have none. You have to drive to a lot around the corner you drive inside a building that is super tight. I have a Volvo V60 and I had a few inches on either side to spare on some turns you had to go forwards and backwards a few times just to make the turn. Once you park you take the elevator up to the lobby and you end up in a different hotel lobby!! You have to walk out of the hotel and walk around the block to your hotel!

An excellent place to stay in Oslo. Highly recommend! Great breakfast, excellent location, fabulous room. Only drawback, jackhammering in the morning (there’s construction nearby) and a nightclub. It wasn’t too loud and not that noticeable. Would 100% stay again.
