Overall nice location and place but could use a bit of maintenance. Dead bolt was very difficult to close and then open so that is a concern. Few items in the bathroom could use some maintenance. Tub hand sprayer looks to be mostly plugged and duct tape falling off tub surround. view over orchard and lake was great, room large and roomy. deck is nice and parking to unit close and very good. It’s a bit out of town and I was happy with this but it is a short drive to restaurants etc.

The property is great the rooms are nice as well. My only complaint is the there’s not enough hot water to fill the jetted tub it’s comes out lukewarm at best . The glass wear has some calcium stains as well but other than that the room and Veiw are amazing , Beautiful quiet location

Near highway so heard traffic. Marmots living under deck so deck was covered with marmot feces and lots of urine surrounding deck. Doors didn’t seal so large spiders in corners. Air conditioning worked well but noisy. Not in walking distance to anything but easy to drive to places.

I liked the quiet and the view, but the stuff inside the place are pretty old(ex: the hairdryer holder and coffee machine, toilet paper holder, even the door, and handle was hard to close the door.. some lights are not working...etc), but staff is nice and quick response on first day, helped stabled the hairdryer holder, but then after I thought the service was nice, second day of stay I feel they ignored my message... So I think depending on how many days you stay... They will be nice to you until the last day then they won't care what you need anymore. I read other comments, and they are legit, there is a bad smell from the washroom and the whole room does smell like urine, but we only stayed for 2 nights so it didn't bothered us too much because most of the time we were out. But I think if we stay longer , it will not be very pleasant. The beds are pretty old too.. very soft.

Lovely location outside town, in an orchard, with views of Osoyoos Lake from the deck. Touchless arrival and departure - did not meet anyone connected to the villa. Suite was large with tile floors and clean.
