Room was very unclean. When first entering the room there was a group of fruit flies on the bed. Later finding out they were everywhere in the room. The pots and utensils were sticky and overall very dirty. While on our stay the room was never cleaned. Although new towels for the shower were provided.

In need of some updates. The bathroom ceiling fan came out of the ceiling while my husband was in the shower. Fridge was missing a whole shelf. Rooms were close to the parking lot and highway which made it quite noisy

While we did have access to the beach right out our second floor door, our room was needing major updating, the outside area and balcony very dirty, and there were very few beach chairs, which were also old and dirty. Didn’t meet expectations for the price but we picked it for beach access and I don’t know if there was anything better in that area.

The room smelled like an entire can of Febreeze had been sprayed in it. Found a dirty plug-in scented bottle plugged in under the bed. Windows were very dirty. Not worthy of the Coast brand.

Our shower was clogged. Dishes were dirty. They did nothing about our shower and no one came to fix it. We got moved rooms on our last night which meant showering in dirty water that wouldn’t drain. Honestly the worst experience. The hotel nor Expedia would refund us so that we could find another place to stay.

- The breakfast is 3 day old Timmies pastries/bread, awful machine-made pancakes, and day old hard boiled eggs. Avoid at all costs. - The hotel does not have a winery as advertised. Don't be fooled. - The pool and hot tub are tiny. - All balconies are shared balconies. The pictures give the illusion of being private. - House keeping did not even make the beds or take the garbage out. - Paddleboards, kayaks, etc. need to be RENTED. They are not free to use. - The beach is not private as anyone can access it, and access is not monitored. - The putting green is about 10' long and incredibly bumpy. It is impossible to sink a ball. Overall, you're much better off spending a few more bucks and going somewhere else. This hotel is false advertising and is a complete waste of money.
