For the price I would expect more

I was disappointed over the hype of this hotel. It didn’t feel clean and we had to get an exterminator/maintenance in there twice to get rid of gross bugs all over the place. We were only given 4 towels for a room that sleeps 8 and the lady who checked us in checked us into the wrong room Originally under a similar name so check in took over half hour. Won’t be running back to stay there again

Great resort but fell short on a couple of levels. The first was we had requested both online and talking directly to the front desk that we had hoped for an early check in. It didn’t work out which I totally understand, but it wound up that not only were we unable to get an early check in, we were held up past our 4pm check in time. Not ideal after a long day of travel. Second was the fact that there was literally an infestation of some kind of black beetle. They were everywhere and at times dropping off the ceiling onto our beds. At first we saw one or two, and I checked them against bed bugs or ticks and thankfully they didn’t match, but by the last day of our 3 day stay they were everywhere. We had 4 other families/friends that were staying there and they reported the same thing. Outside of those two issues, the property and staff were exemplary

Great place for a family vacation. Beautiful views over Osoyoos, fun activities close by. Nice apartments that is suitable for family activities and the well appointed kitchen for family cooking. Highly recommended.

Breakfast doesn't even begin until 8am for some reason, so I had to depart before it even began on each day of my stay. Paid for nothing.

The resort is well run. The views from both the room and restaurant are amazing! My wife and I shared the Salmon platter for 2 and it was excellent. If you’re hungry, try the ribs. They were very tasty and plentiful. Don’t miss out going to visit the Cultural Centre, it was very interesting.

Really enjoyed our stay at Spirit Ridge Resort in Osoyoos. Pet friendly, kid friendly pool and vibe. The only disappointments were the run down dog friendly rooms. Baseboards in poor condition, wall peeling in areas and our tv was broken and would not connect to our iPod. We had tech check it out and they said they’d tell their manager but we did not have use of tv our 4 days there. I think for the price it should’ve been less since we were across the street from the resort in the dog area

Check in was 2.5 hours late. Pools were both dirty. Hotel was understaffed. No cleaning supplies in the gym. We paid $800 a night and I expected WAY more. The potential is there - gorgeous view and spacious rooms, just need way more invested into staff.

Restaurant on site was understaffed and the waiters couldn’t keep up. Dinner menu is just okay, however breakfast was wonderful. Service was great in the morning hours. We had to wait until 5:45pm for our room to be ready. Understaffed hotel staff. No one to keep up with all the cleaning. Don’t sell out your hotel if you don’t have the staff to clean the rooms on time for 4pm check in. Others were very upset standing around waiting. Rooms are nice. We stayed in the Desert Suites building. Clean and modern touches. One of the double beds must have had springs broken in Room 203. Very noisy bed. Pool and water slide were fun for the kids. Book ahead for the wine tastings on site.

Hotel needs some updates, for our two nights stay, barbecue didn’t good enough for grilling beef steak, or chicken, it was broken also coffee machine didn’t work and and washing machine was so loud when I used it the sound was horrible It doesn’t worth for it’s price I’m not coming back again
