Ihr Wulkje-Nuest ist nagelneu und wurde 2022 fertiggestellt: 2 Bäder, Küche, Wohnzimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer (2x komplett eingerichtet, 1x mit Schlafsofa), jedes Schlafzimmer mit Einbauschränken, das ganze Haus mit Fussbodenheizung und Lüftung versehen . Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wallbox vorhanden. 2 Terrassen, ein wundervoller Blick ins Grüne. Der hintere Bereich des Hauses ist vom Boden bis zum Giebel mit großen Fensterflächen versehen, die die Natur ins Haus holen.
