You want to spend your holidays in quiet and private surrounding but with fun and life if you wish? So Trulli Collina della Pace near Ostuni is your ideal holiday home. Here you spend a holiday as you wish. 15.000 sqm of olive grove, mandolia and figa form the nice surrounding for the private pool and terrasses for outside summer living at the trulli. Plenty very old olive trees grow on the property as well as mandolia trees and figa.
There is more than 100 meters distance to next neighours. The generous outside paths and terrasses offer you many sun and shadow places to chill, relax and recover. Here you can forget time and enjoy the day.
The Trulli is completely renovated inside and outside. You will feel comfortable in the wonderful natural stone surrounding which has a electrical floor heating system for the cooler time of the year.
The little public street ends as cul de sac at the property and is only used by the few other surrounding neighbours. The driveway up to the trulli is private. The soft climbing driveway (90 meters) leads you to your holiday paradise with maximum privacy in absolutely quiet and rural location.
You want more social life? Then Ostuni is only a few minutes away by car. Here you can enjoy Italian street life while nipping your Cappuchino in one of the many cafes. Nice shops and the picturesque old centre invite for a walk. In the evening you have the choice between plenty Bars, Lounges and Restaurants of different styles.
You want beach life? Then the ocean is 8 km near.
When you enter Trulli Collina della Pace you stand right in the big central cone where the dining/kitchen table is located and the kitchen which is located in one of its corners. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceran glass cooking field, dishwasher and small electrical oven. Two smaller cones one on each side create an alcoven where you find a double queen sized faciliy on one side and a single matresse on the other. Both can be used as well as sofa/lounge for chilling.
Further on you pass through another cone which creates a corridor and gives you way to either the bathroom the Master bedroom with a King Size double bed or and additional other smaller room hosting a sofa bed.
Through the corridor you as well exit the house to the terrasses to its back side. Here you find a wooden roofed veranda with BBQ, and outside kitchen.
