I struggled between rating a 3.5-4 but decided to round up because I had no problems with the service. More so the disappointment for lack of amenity (sauna) pictured on website. The agent at checkout mentioned that (the hotel) would love to make up for it if I stayed again but I did not feel like the issue was noted/addressed and it was more of a lip service. In addition, there were guests in the pool area on Friday evening that were very disruptive. I do not think i would stay at this hotel again, but staff was nice, and rooms were clean. Thank you for the stay.

Our stay was amazing, staff was great as well as housekeeping. Amenities we used were the gym and the pool. However, the Sauna was closed which we looked forward to using. Our Hotel Key Cards kept declining everytime we used it, not sure if it was because of some chip issues but we had to get our keys re-fixed everytime. Would comeback here again!

AC Marriot was excellent, the staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were quite large and very modern and clean. And we decided to stay in for dinner and found both the service and food great… not always what one would say about a hotel restaurant.. . But really enjoyed our evening. The only « negative «  was the parking was full… but the team had already advised us, sent us options and allowed us to drop off bags and check in. Would certainly go back
