We stayed for just one night, staff was very friendly and helpful. It had snowed quite a bit in Ottawa that day - sidewalks were slippery. Rooms nice. Lots of space and clean. One of rooms has trouble with hot water in morning. We had rented three rooms. Other rooms did not have any issues

Great stay, super friendly and helpful staff. My only issue, which wasn’t even a big deal, is that the parking garage isn’t connected to the hotel and you have to walk down a sketchy alley way. Other than that, very good!

Lovely hotel. Only complaint was the restaurant was understaffed. We requested coffee and a menu. We got 2 empty coffee cups and no menu. After 20 minutes, we decided to head out and eat elsewhere. Had we at least gotten coffee. We would have stayed.

The location and staffs were good, but the room was not as good as we expected. The heater right next to the bed was very loud when it was working (it was cold without it as the bed was right by the window), so my husband and I woke up several times during the night. Shower was also weak and not hot even at a maximum temp.
