The hotel has a beautiful entrance and the rooms are clean. Our television did not work we asked at the front desk no one came to fix. The hot tub was out of order the tile around the pool was very slippery. The 21$ was a real guessing game to find.

The location made it easy to cross the bridge to Ottawa. The restaurant dinner buffet was delicious. The staff were courteous and extremely professional. The only thing I noticed was the hallways and my room had not been vacuumed in a while.

Loved the room and the view was nice. Had to pay for overnight parking and had to park at the lower level of the parking garage. Overall the hotel is very nice and the staff was friendly.

Admittedly I was disappointed upon arrival after traveling 10 hours from New York to be informed that there is no breakfast as was advertised on their website. Which was included as part of my payment, this was very deceptive and having to leave the hotel looking for breakfast especially when you are not in familiar territory.
