room was tiny, first floor just down from front desk. No noise reducing barriers between lobby and guest rooms so very very loud. Snow ploughing the driveway at 5 AM unable to sleep with that going on. Perhaps a better time to plough at a hotel is during the day when your guests aren't trying to get some sleep. Breakfast was included and that was OK

Yes the room was very good and the staff has always been a pleasure. Have stayed there numerous times and will continue to do so when we come to visit family in the area. Your maintenance man is always a hoot, that's the older French gentleman. Nice guy.
