Everything was great. The only disappointment was the 1 queen bed room that we were in was no where near the space shown on the booking site. The room was very small with the closet right up against one side of the bed - limiting space for the person sleeping in that side and no lighting on that side of the room.

We had someone try and get into our room in the middle of the night, as well as the air conditioner system was very loud so kept waking us up. The walls are also super thin so we heard our neighbor talking loudly with their room guests until around 1-2 am

Our room wasn’t cleaned our entire stay even after requests to the front desk, as well as having the service sign on our door everyday. We were told cleaning staff prioritize turnover rooms and then leave for the day immediately after. This shocked me as we had to swap rooms initially as the first room we got had gross black hair all over the bathroom, bed, drain, and hair dryer. There were issues with dead bugs in our second room on the shower and window seat, and functionality issues with the shower drainage. I have stayed here many times before and I was shocked. The service has gone wildly down hill including the state of the breakfast (multiple mornings the hard boiled eggs were not even on ice) and the price has gone up. Was pretty upset but am hoping it was just an off week as this was not my previous experience. I stay here when visiting family but if my next stay isn’t back to their previous standard I would look into airbnb. Seems to be the same price in that area.

The room was standard basic which I knew when reserved but we were part of a wedding party and my son had 2 beautiful rooms with 2 beds , fridge and Micro Wave and paid the same as I did for one double bed and no fridge etc
