They need to not put you in a room near their 8 am renovation construction… glad it’s getting refreshed but waking up to the construction bin being emptied at 8am made me wonder why they picked that room… probably avoiding this one till the renovations are complete

Staff was amazing, rooms clean but small. Was on 9th floor & was awakened @ 1:30am by loud banging noises & trucks backing up, possible garbage trucks, that seemed to go on for an hour. Was surprized to hear that on the 9th floor. Great central location, walked everywhere but some areas very sketchy. Was definitely not comfortable walking at night

Our 3 day stay was great. Great hotel overall and perfectly situated to shopping ,restaurants and just a pleasurable walk . Will come back. Love the extra touch with the chocolate chip cookie offered at reception.
