Room was nice and large. Kitchen area was convenient, but Carpet needs to go. Stained and dirty. Mattress in room was like sleeping on bricks. Hard as a rock. Shower head was horrible. No pressure. Water barely came out. There was no garbage can or recycling bin in room.

Good location and kind staff but the room was not great. We had one of the non-suite rooms and it was quite dated. Carpet was threadbare in parts and the temperature ran much hotter than the thermostat setting. To be fair, we didn’t mention this to the staff as were there for less than 18 hours. N

Hotel was very hot. The heating is analog and I had to turn it down to 60F for my room to be a decent temperature. Noise from other rooms came through the heating vents and there was noisy construction during the day from the floor above I wasn’t warned about. The glassware and dishes in the kitchen cupboards were unclean. The washroom smelled slightly of sewer. The weight machine in the gym was broken and there were no wipes to sanitize the equipment.

Room wasn't clean, toilet was just wiped, not actually cleaned, lots of stains on the bowl. Shower water debit was so low that it was more dripping than flowing. Sink faucet is quite dangerous as it's burning hot even past the middle point into cold. Stains on the carpet. Staff was very nice and professional.
