The hotel is located in a very accessible area & the stay was good but not great. The wall paint around the A/C had chipped out.

Good things: location, quiet street, staff friendly, the layout for the suite (two beds & seperate living room) was great with a kid. Didn’t all have to go to bed early. It was pricey but the separation was good. Bad things: Room not best cleaned (found hairs on pillows & bandaid wrapper on floor), the AC was really cold and couldn’t lower the temperature. They also told us 20$ for parking, but we chose an included option on Expedia, and when we checked out they said it was 28 + tax.

Comfortable stay in spacious suite

Very spacious suite for our family of 4 with a balcony. Great central location, making the on site restaurant unnecessary for us (we didn’t want/need big breakfasts). Front desk was very helpful on arrival and we had a nice stay. Not luxury, but good

It was a great stay near to everything, love the fact that has a full kitchen, just that the hot water is really really hot and np exhaust fan in the bathroom, need place to hang towels too cause, its too small bathroom, But over all is very good & will come back and stay here on our next Ottawa trip.

Be careful when booking. You can’t pay debit when you get there but are allowed to pay it when you leave but they make sure you use a credit card for the amount of your stay as a hood.. the guy is the front was very helpful though he was a big life saver god bless his soul

Every time that I stay here there are problems with water temperature. This time I couldn't shower without being scalded so I had to wash my hair in the kitchenette sink. The walls are paper thin, but I luckily didn't have any neighbours this time.

Spent 3 nights here. Rooms size was decent. Loved the full kitchen and balcony. Clean and in a quiet location next to city hall about a 10 minute walk from parliament buildings and spark street. I would stay here again.
