Our family of 4, this stay was perfect. All amenities provided. Bedrooms were good sized lots of clothing space, and comfortable beds and pillows. 2 bathrooms with loads of space, and the shower is excellent! Kitchen is fine for small stuff, and living room was perfect. Couch is comfy. There is also in suite laundry. If there was one negative, its more of a wish list..in the master bedroom there is a balcony. My suggestion is for a bistro set to sit and enjoy the view. I would not hesitate to stay again. Everything was in walking distance.

Clean and comfortable apartment which is centrally located, easy to walk to parliament buildings, byward market and shopping. Having a grocery store two blocks away was very handy.

It was nice building but needs renovation. The kitchen in my eyes was under stocked.We had 3 knives and 2 keuirig coffees…our room could support 4 people or more…2 coffees available…thank goodness my husband doesn’t drink coffee!…also not everyone uses keurig..I don’t…previously we stayed at another 2 bedroom hotel that had regular coffee maker…brought my own coffee there and to soho…assuming..not! Anyway did like location…my husband pulled into limited parking in underground parking we paid for..scraped side of car…obviously not your fault but if there were a few more spots maybe this wouldn’t have happened…totally soured my husband on rebooking. Anyway probably won’t book again.

The unit was beautiful and spacious. There were some facility issues that made the short stay a bit unpleasant, but thankfully, everything was resolved by Monday morning—unfortunately, the same day I was checking out. Despite that, the place was lovely and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Property was great and in good condition. Location is close to Parliament Hill and other attractions with lots of great restaurants close by. This is downtown though and there is an empty lot next door, run down buildings close by and some unhoused people in the surrounding area.

It was a nice place but it would have been nice to have a toaster. Also there is only 1 mirror in the place and it was difficult to see to put on makeup or check to see how you looked before leaving.

We loved the cozy home-away-from-home setup, the contactless check-in and check-out, no interruptions by housekeeping,and full glass views of sunrise and sunset over Ottawa to the north on the 17th floor! Air felt a lot dryer than we are used to, so we ran shower and opened windows to try to bump the relative humidity up a little. The building was very nice and quiet.
