Had a great stay. Our room gave onto a sidestreet, and being up one storey we were looking out into fall colours. Quiet overnight. Lovely stylish room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in/check-out process. Great dining and brunch options nearby (the beet and goat cheese salad at the adjoining British pub was wonderful); highly recommend the Mulligan café up the street also for vegan and gluten free options and lovely ambience.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is in a great area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance or good food found in the pub on the main floor. Next time we would request q room that is nit directly above pub and private event room. It was definitely noisy one night. Great many were having fun but a little loud in our room. The earplugs provided were not much help, but appreciated the effort.

There is absolutely no staff other than by phone and a chambermaid who changes the room upon your departure. It wasn’t a problem at all, the facilities were great and it was very nice and quiet. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel! My first time experiencing a self check in hotel. It was easy once given introductions. I spoke to staff through messaging them in Expedia. They replied very quick. I loved that. I recommend this hotel. Parking is the issue. Road parking is always full and parking in the garage is limited.

Nice room in a quaint neighbourhood.

The British Hotel is in a great quaint neighbourhood with many restaurants and a excellent craft brewery near by. The room we stayed was clean and spacious. The room had great amenities.

The room was exactly as promised - clean and neat. During the weekdays, the bar downstairs was quiet, which was a bonus. The only minor issue was that the room, which had two queen beds, only had one chair. However, the price was very reasonable, and overall, I highly recommend this property.
