It was a bit noisy inside. Coffee station had only coffee, no sugar, no milk. TV remote stuck frequently. I like the hotel because of its location and general ambiance.

The Westin Hotel is the most beautiful and unique place to stay, with friendly and helpful staff members. You will find many attractions to visit in the area. I always enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend you to stay there for a time to remember.

The staff at the Westin Ottawa were amazing and truly understand customer service. We had reserved 3 rooms for our family, and they not only ensured we were together but gave us all rooms with an incredible view of downtown Ottawa at no extra charge. We had an issue with the toilet and they responded to it immediately. It meant we had to change rooms. They moved all three rooms and once again made sure all of us were together. We also had a problem with the parking, which isn’t controlled by them, but for our trouble they comped us all a free breakfast! The front desk, the staff at the restaurant and the housekeeper were so hospitable. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We will definitely return!

This hotel is an 11 out of 10!!! The staff is beyond exceptional, they were so friendly and kind, we were offered a free upgrade and our room was so amazing. It was clean and the bed was so comfortable, the view of the Parliment buildings was incredible. Based on how amazing our stay was we will be back at least once a year. The staff treated us like family during our stay and in todays day and age that’s not something I’ve found often Thank you Thank you so so much!!!
