Rooms were in reasonable condition. However, one of the air-conditioning units broke during our stay and housekeeping was missed for one of the room for a day. The drains ran slow and recaulking in the bathrooms is due. Would suggest closer attention be given to maintenance. The bed were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

We had a great stay at WelcomInns Ottawa! The room was very clean and well-maintained. Having an elevator was a big plus since we had heavy luggage (our backs thank you!). Breakfast was decent with good continental options to start the day. The location is super convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the metro and 20 minutes to the Ottawa train station. Highly recommend and would happily stay again!
