Was a lovely stay, very clean, lovely staff but not a four star. There wasn't any kettle (tea or coffee) in the room like most hotels do, even two stars. As a four star, I thought there would be something for the children, example: pool table and so on. But apart from that, was lovely.
This has been one the best hotels I have stayed in. Very clean with a great staff to help with your every question. Reserve on the 7th floor and you will see what I mean!
The employees were very friendly, professional and helpful. Overall the hotel is very well located close to restaurants and transportation.
My room ( I don’t know if that is the condition of other rooms) was not clean, the carpet had stains there were segments of the wall dirty. That room in the second floor needs some maintenance.
Again I have no complains regarding the staff, they were really helpful.
A great room at the top of the building with an outside balcony. The room was not secure however as it could be accessed via the door from the outside of the balcony which had a broken lock. The hotel was alerted to this on our arrival but despite being assured that it would be addressed, it was not with no plausible excuse given on our departure. It was highly unlikely that someone would access the room from the balcony but it is a possibility and therefore should have been sorted immediately. This is my only gripe as the location and all else was sound.
The hotel has a carpet that needs to be replace. No restaurant, limite breakfast time. The hotel is dark and old. It needs to be update. The internet is a joke
Very comfortable hotel with friendly people are the front desk. Clean rooms, nice beds. My only comment would be on the restaurant which could be cleaner, specially the chairs. Food is good.
Very bleak. Hotel felt like it was stuck in 1985. We had deliberately paid more for a Queen bed versus two twins but when we arrived were told the hotel was overbooked so it was impossible. Concierge was quite rude. Overall, just very overpriced for what we received. Far from the middle of town too.
