The only reason to stay here is because it’s close to St. Olaf. Half the time there’s no one at the front desk, while I’m sure someone is watching, it doesn’t feel that secure. Everything in the room felt junky and pieced together with old extension strips. I think this hotel has been around too long…

This hotel was dirty and unsafe and we were not able to stay. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and mold, the AC unit was broken, the lamps didn’t work and the smoke detector was covered over by a plastic bag. The tub was a gross brown color and the water was rusty. We just couldn’t stay. Luckily, we found co another hotel in town, but we are out $100 for the Coratel room. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel. It would be better to sleep in your car!

Parking was fine. Filter in heater has never been cleaned. Carpet was disgusting. I don’t believe the room was cleaned. Thinnest towels I have ever seen in a hotel. Had to get three new ones because of the stains on the ones in the room. Remote for the tv didn’t work. Needed batteries. Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. Six pieces of bread. A few bananas. That’s it.
