The main benefit of this hotel is the location otherwise the hotel itself and wuality of service is not standard when you are charging around 300 dollara for one night you can provide 1 bottle of water inside the room! Staff were helpful and the general cleaness of hotel was average. No restaurant! Has good underground parking. According to price it is 3/5.

We celebrated my bachelorette at blue and it was amazing! The hotel was suite was beautiful and had beautiful views from the Balcony. We didn’t need to leave the resort once, because everything was already located there. Definitely recommend!

The amount of cars parked in front of the hotel meant that there was no way of pulling into the temporary parking to check in, and it forced us to pay for parking a 20 minute walk away (after circling lots for an hour) just so we could check in to get a card for the free underground parking. The hallway on our floor was disgusting. The carpet was so dirty with stains. There was so many hotel carts that you had to squeeze to get by then at times. This was at all hours. Our room was not very clean. Blood stains on the linens, dirty sink in the kitchenette, stains on the outside of the box spring. The TV was so ill-placed in the room you could not comfortably watch from the bed. And they only offered a handful of basic cable channels. Even though it was a newer TV access to screen cast from our phones was restricted. The only good thing about the hotel was the location in the Village and hot tub. It was fantastic.
