everything was good, parking was a challenge with all the construction trucks in the same lot as the guests. signage outside the unit was small and hard to see in the dark.

The property is very clean and in walking distance to the village. We’ll equipped with nice kitchenwares and appliances. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.
Our stay in 213 Sierra Lane over the weekend was a great experience for 8 people (4 couples). The unit is walking distance from the village. Appliances were all in working condition and the unit was clean. The host was responsive to our needs. Recommended.
And like this, lay out of the property and the facility was will be there to receive us. as well as it probably a relaxing atmosphere what I didn't like was around the bathroom edges needed a little bit of tinder, love and care.
Property is nice and safe with the family.. but bed size is not good .. they suppose to put atleast queen size bed and double size bed in another room..
It was very close to the conference centre, but an 5 minute walk away from hustle and bustle of the village. Overall it appeared clean. Mostly updated, master bath mostly original. Not that it was an issue, but o would have liked to know that immediately inside the door you have a long staircase to climb. I would rent again.

Could have been cleaner. Didn’t like the layout of the property. Improvement could be the window coverings that block out the light. The unit was spacious and nicely decorated.
The apartment was clean but the staff (which i never saw in person as its all online check in and emails during the stay) was not accommodating. We had to take our own garbage out. We were required to leave a deposit for damage’s which needed to be kept for 3 days after check out and I don’t feel this is necessary.
Lamp situation in the master bedroom ruined the experience for me we had to remove the lamp and put it on the floor in another outlet to make it work. When paying these prices I expect basic things like that to be taken care of. The jets on the jacuzzi bathtub did not work. We did not use the kitchen so can’t comment on that. Nothing stood out. Basic. We also had trouble getting the check in door code. Waited at least 30mins to get the code after arriving at the property even tho I had called to request another phone number to receive the info as the Rogers outage affected my primary phone. I was assured the change had been made but it was not. And when I called they told me the code has been sent 2 hours ago.. whereas I had called an hour ago to inform of the phone change so that was clearly a lie.
Bed types were false. Described as 2 Kings, 1 double 1 double bunk. Actually 1 King, 1 double, 1 double bunk plus trundle. Not suitable for our party of 9 (8 adults). Beds were the worst I've ever slept on...bed frames possibly broken, beds sunken in center and somehow even front to back...we literally slept on angles; TERRIBLE and unacceptable for the price! Pool onsite only allowed 8 per unit even though our unit was advertised as a 10 person; 1 person had stay out of the pool area even though we were the only ones there (not even allowed to sit). The unit was clean and the kitchen and dining area suitable although there were only dishes for 8 people (even though it was advertised as a 10 person unit). Fridge froze our milk and vegetables so we wasted a lot of food. In room laundry was nice. Plenty of toiletries/dishwasher detergent, paper towels etc on hand. Unit had a Keurig which was nice but would have been good to know ahead of time. Air conditioner was broken (for 1 week before we arrived according to the repair man), small discount was given for the inconvenience but this should have been a substantial discount since it was 85 degrees in our unit (fans provided)...ruined the already unacceptable accommodations even more. The unit should not be listed as a 10 person unit. The double beds trundle is supposed to fit 6 adults; it's a small room with no room to walk around the bed when the trundle is out. I've seen cramped before but this is ridiculous!
