I slept so good the bed was very comfortable and normally I have issues with hotel pillows being too flat or flimsy but the pillows were very fluffy and comfortable. The shower was great too.

What’s up with only one microwave

The hotel overall was great. The only downside was the lack of microwave ovens in the rooms. The ONLY microwave is not available until the breakfast time is over.

Our room was not cleaned first day so we asked for it. They still did NOT clean it. IN FACT OUR ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED NOR WERE BEDS MADE IN 5 DAYS. I will never recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean, BUT feel like there was a slight odor of smoking. Perhaps it once was a smoking room in the past. Plus, it was outdated and the furniture, looked like you would find them in a dorm room or apartment. Very old and worn, peeling, plus it was a dark old rug. Clean, but old and drab. Staff in the lobby were always friendly. Breakfast was ok, at least something to start the day with, but very simple. Nothing really healthy or gluten free. Convenient, but bit pricey. We have begun to wonder if we do not get great rooms because we book through a 3rd party ( Expedia).

Air conditioning didn’t work properly temp said it was 65 but my hole family was sweeting the entire time. Had to run the fan just to circulate the air. No microwave which I’ve never seen before in a hotel. Had very noisy neighbors the second night(which staff did take care of) but then they just went outside and was yelling until about 9pm which was right under our window. When we needed something we had to go down and get it at the front desk which was new to me also. Main positives were very spacious room and very clean and appealing. Also staff were all very friendly.

Good, but not great.

Overall my experience was good. I have stayed here several times in the recent past. This time, though, there were a few things that were disappointing. First, when I got off the elevator on my floor and started walking down the hall, there was a dirty rag on the carpet outside a "Staff Only" door. It stayed there until the next morning. Second, there was visible hair in the top of drain of the shower. Otherwise, my room was clean and comfortable.

The cleaning lady was very nice. The front staff was welcoming except one who was always on their phone and airpods in. The main reason for my rating is because of the outdated rooms. The room amenities was very very outdated and the room itself felt very small , ceilings were low, carpets looks old, and the lighting was dreadful. The lighting was so dim and dull it felt almost haunted. I have never stayed at a Hyatt this was my first and by the looks of it i will be avoiding Hyatt from now on. Property manager was nice but they need major remodeling.

We absolutely loved our stay here, everything from checking in to checking out was amazing. They made coffee a little earlier so we could have a cup before we left for our flight.
