Modern villa 200 m2 with private pool in Oyster Pond north of the Coralita subdivision, with small sea views, on the edge of an inconstructible area of several hundred hectares, a virgin valley of any construction, Patagonian atmosphere or West American ! the beach and the animation in addition nearby!
The villa and its private pool are on the upper level facing the sea and well ventilated with a plot with private garden and also private parking of about 1000 m2 reserved for the villa on the front.
Large terrace with pool 9 x 4 m at the level of the villa, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
1 master 50 m2 with bathroom, separate toilet and dressing room, bed 180 cm.
1 bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, canopy bed 160 cm.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm,
1 independent bathroom for the 2 beds bedroom and for the guest that might sleep in the linving room.
1 independent toilet for both rooms and accessible for guests.
1 sofa bed 140 cm in the living room.

There is with an independent apartment occupied by a caretaker on the ground floor at the back without vis-à-vis or common parking. It is possible that the 150 m access track may be wet with a bit of mud on the cars.
