- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, small refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, open-plan wardrobe, split air conditioning;

- FULL BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- PRIVATE GARDEN with tables, chairs, and two sun loungers.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Split Air conditioning and heating (in the living room and bedroom), private entrance, blackout curtains, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, clothes rack and hairdryer.

- The pool is open from June to September (subject to weather conditions), except on cleaning and maintenance days, from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please respect the pool rules.

- Ground-floor apartment with access steps.

- NO WiFi.

- Raised shower stall.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

- Pets are NOT allowed.

The apartmet is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax estabilshed by the Municipality.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.

Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:

- From 15:00 to 21:00: €15.00;

- From 21:00 to 23:00: €25.00.

The exclusive Borgo 84 residence, where our accommodation is located, is just 3 km from the center of Marzamemi. Marzamemi is one of the most charming seaside villages in Sicily, famous for its authentic atmosphere, colorful houses and the scent of the sea. The heart of the village is the historic Tonnara, today surrounded by typical clubs, shops and restaurants. Worth visiting are Piazza Regina Margherita, the Church of San Francesco di Paola and the small port. Ideal for enjoying the sunset, tasting fresh fish and discovering the south-eastern coast of the island.

A few km from the property there are beaches of extraordinary beauty and crystal clear waters, such as the Spinazza beach, the Portopalo beach (Capo Passero) and the famous San Lorenzo beach.

Catania Airport is 100 km away (about 1 hour and 30 minutes by car).

In order to reach the property and best visit the beauties of the area and the entire region, we recommend traveling by car. It is possible to rent a car at the airport. The accommodation has a private uncovered parking space on site.
