Both the living room and the kitchen are air-conditioned, ensuring a welcoming environment in every season.
The exterior of the villa is a true paradise of open spaces and relaxation. A lush English lawn surrounds the property, creating an airy atmosphere. The veranda, shaded by a pergola, becomes the beating heart of the days: here you can enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners, prepared in the outdoor kitchen equipped with a hob, refrigerator, and barbecue. Villa Elysian has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, furnished in a simple and welcoming way, and two bathrooms, one internal with a shower and one external near the pool. The outdoor showers next to the pool are equipped with hot water for extra comfort. The villa is easily enjoyable even in winter, thanks to the hot air conditioners and a pellet stove that creates a warm and enveloping atmosphere.
