Called prior to arrival via our confirmation through expedia. Was told directions couldn't be provided unless we had a reservation. Agent then said we did not and if I didn't rebook at that time I, it would be unlikely I'd get a room. So, given this information I rebooked. When we got to the hotel, the receptionist said we had two rooms booked, one made one plus month previously and one 10 minutes before our arrival. we were told that neither rooms could be cancelled so we paid twice for one room on the day of our arrival. Very bad service.

This hotel is in need of serious updates. Our tub was so dirty we did not shower in it. We reserved a room with a lake view and our view eas of the patking lot. They get you with no cancelations because once you get here and see the property the photos are om YEARS ago.

Crack architectural

Very odd hotel the architect was on crack no elevator had to carry luggage up and down stairs. Room was bizarre at best. Tv didn’t work fridge was so loud I had to unplug it so I could sleep. Some Reno’s have been done but done by an amateur paint all over the place including the tub. Overall would not stay again.

Please don’t stay here at this property. Book another hotel ahead of time. This was a last minute hotel that if I knew better I would have planed ahead of time and drive to another city. This property is very very dirty. Bathroom, Carpet, Curtains, furniture and the entire property is extremely poorly maintain and dirty. This looks like a very creepy hotel from movies. If you have an adult that can not take stairs also do not come here. Only stairs and nobody to offer assistance with luggage etc. Again and Again book something else. I would never set foot here again

Property is quite outdated. Rooms look to have been painted very poorly. Paint drips in the bathtub and bathroom floor. Obviously areas on the walls where you can see poor paint job. Sink area of bathroom is updated but not the tub and toilet. Beds seem newer and were quite comfortable but the rest of the room needs work. Bedding was good. Common areas were also in poor conditon. I would not recommend this property. There are lots of other hotels in the area.

My husband & i felt the place was quite run down… water would not turn off completely In the tub/shower, the toilet had issues flushing & any improvements that had been attempted were poorly done. The refrigerator never cooled down after we messed with the temp controls so we lost the food we had with us. Being greeted at check in by a person on a computer screen was surprising & he was difficult to understand because the computer kept cutting out! The advertisement that it had a view of Lake Powell was a big stretch!

Disgusting and Disappointed

This place was absolutely disgusting. No one was at the front desk, so I had to check in by kiosk. Then I couldn't find the room because I had no one to ask. Finally, I found it, but once I got into the room, it smelled like an old hotel in Vegas, with stale cigarette smoke. The carpet was crunchy and hard, and the curtains to the patio were old and tattered. The tub appeared to have not been cleaned in years, there was a ring around it. I took pics and was chatting with hotels.com rep but they only saved in the chat. We immediately left the hotel and found another one close by. I told them what I had just went through and the front desk clerk said they get it all the time with people coming to their hotel after seeing the rooms there. I get that it was a lower budget hotel and you get what you pay for, but I wasn't expecting this at all. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It could be a great hotel because of the views but it really needs a renovation and extreme cleaning.
