Honestly, I don't usually leave reviews and have stayed at a decent Quality Inn elsewhere, but wouldn't go to this one again. It was run down, beds were uncomfortable, shower didn't work, water ran hot/cold, not a patio view of Lake Powell. Carpets, bedding seemed clean, and there was a Keurig in the room.

The check in was via kiosk with a gentleman who did not speak very good English. The tv remote did not work, the phone did not work, and the ice machine did not work. Beds were comfortable enough. Staff seemed rude but may have been because they didn’t understand me any better than I understood them.

There’s a reason it’s cheap

The photos online are extremely misleading. This place is so run down. Nothing looked like it did in the pictures. Carpet was ripping up at various places throughout the hotel, the bathroom had bad water damage and the shower had a steady leak. The “souvenir” shop was 30% of what was actually pictured. Not that we wanted or needed that feature, but it was a representation of the discrepancy between expectation and reality. There was a mattress on a balcony and the grounds were not well-kept at all. The hotel room itself was fine to sleep, but that was about it.

Property was a bit run down. Pool was dirty. Pillow was lumpy, but I’m particular about my pillow. Laundry area was clean Breakfast seemed decent although we didn’t eat there. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was a virtual kiosk with a person through a webcam. It was difficult to hear her and very slow. Sink in room was clogged, paint marks on ceilings from wall paint, Air conditioner could not cool room and bed was uncomfortable.

The entire property was dirty, inside and out. Watered down breakfast. Clogged bathtub. Mattress leaning on one of the balcony railings. Overflowing trash cans, broken up and dirt/rock covered parking lot.

Rarely anyone working the front desk…check in was done at a kiosk with someone no telling where at. At night the staff could be seen partying at the bar while customers tried to address issues at that virtual assistant Kiosk. Room service was nonexistent and our shower head was falling off the wall. In dire need of updating, and training on customer service!

Cheap rate, very cheap experience

I guess for the rate it was okay, but dumpy is the best way i could describe this hotel. Our slider (which opened to a hill side, wetern view, very pretty sunset) didnt close or lock. The interior looked like a tetanus shot waiting to happen, rust, dirt, holes. Carpet still had dirt in it. Nice bed and pillows. Clean towels. Lights didnt work, some didnt have light bulbs.

Check in via kiosk with a call center in India. Shower was broken, curtains were torn. Dirty footprints in bathroom, hair around the sink. Filthy beer glasses still on table during breakfast, which wasn't great either. No left luggage service.
