Kaunis rönsyilevä 35 hehtaarin kiinteistö. 3 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpy talo Alpine Lakes Ranch. Rauhallinen sijainti sijainti täydellinen rentoutumiseen perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Täysin rauhallisessa ympäristössä ja alle 20 minuutin päässä kaupungista. Nauti BBQ-grilli, takka, runsaasti sisä- ja ulkotilojen pelejä ja loputtomat näkymät vuorille. Vaellus V Rock vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Talo: Nauti tahrattoman talon yksityisyydestä 35 hehtaarilla. Tämä 3 mh / 3. 5 kylpy kaksitasoinen koti nukkuu 8, ja se sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla kätevä pääsy kaikkiin mahtavia asioita Pagosa Springs. Lähellä kansallismetsää, järveä, jokea ja hiihtoa sekä ravintoloita, elokuvateatteria ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Paljon tilaa koko perheelle. 3 queen-size-vuodetta 3 makuuhuoneessa sekä queen & twin ilmapatja. TOIMINTA PAGOSASSA:
Metsästys: Metsästä hirviä ja hirviä alueen ympäröivässä kansallisessa metsässä. Pagosa on tunnettu runsasta villieläintään. Kiinteistömme tukee BLM: ää.
KUUMAT KEVÄT: Kuuluisia parantavia luonnollisia kuumia lähteitä (vain 20 minuutin päässä) ja hemmottele itseäsi hierontaan ja kylpylähoitoon.
Hiihto: Wolf Creek -hiihtoalue (tunnetaan suurimmasta lumesta Coloradossa!) tai tutustu alueeseen hiihtoa ajatellen.
KALASTUS: San Juan -joki taimenta, bassoa, ahventa ja muita varten. Nauti maailmanluokan taimenen perhokalastusta Navajo-järven alla.
Letkut: Nauti rentouttavasta putkimatkasta San Juan -joella
RAFFING: Nauti kaikesta aloittelijasta edistyneeseen koskenlaskuun San Juan-joen varrella
Vaellus: loputon määrä vuoristopolkuja. Räätälöi retkeäsi mihin tahansa pituuteen tai kuntotasoon. V Rock Hike vain tiellä.

LÄHELLÄ HARJOITTAVAT TOIMINNOT: Vieraile fantastisilla kallion asunnoilla Mesa Verden kansallispuistossa ja pithouseilla ja uskomattomilla torneilla Chimney Rockilla. Tai ota upea luonnonkaunis maastopyöräretki Durangosta Silvertoniin kuuluisalla kapealla matkalla.

Sensational home away from home

Beautiful property with the best accommodations we have ever experience. The property managers were very vocal and wonderful hosts. The pantry nearly had everything we needed and more. The property was clean and decorated well. You can tell the owners really care about their guests. The yard games were fun, they had a rope swing and the fire table was in full working order. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back and stay again!

Family ski trip

We stayed 6 nights, went skiing three days at Wolf Creek and explored the area. Lovely home with all the amenities and a secluded location. Overall great stay and would finitely stay here again!

The house itself is great. It's private and accommodating. The views were our favorite part. It is about 30 minutes to pogoas springs but it's a beautiful drive into town. Our only problem with our stay was the housekeeping

Perfect All Around

House in beautiful setting with no close neighbors. Views were outstanding. Clean with everything you could possibly need in super stocked pantry. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms again with anything you might need. Communication with host was great along with ease of arriving and leaving. We could have stayed there a long, long time!! Highly recommended and we hope to return again.

Stunning views and comfortable home

The views from this home were beautiful. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. Communication with the owners was very good. We loved watching the hummingbirds and just enjoying the quiet. There is a lot here for entertaining kids.

Loved everything about this place

The house is beautiful and so peaceful (except for the storms we had every night) being away from town. The owners were great also. The welcome basket was so sweet. Very responsive to messages before, during and after our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we want to stay near Pagosa Springs again. Peaceful!

The beautiful house is far from the busy town, private and peaceful ! The pantry was well stocked. Ahh clean wood floors I can walk barefoot on. The hummingbirds are a riot. I love the clean washer ! Thank you for the nice wine basket. I can’t wait to place the pretty mountain soap in my guest bath.

Amazing!

The property and view are beautiful. Everything was so well stocked and the attention to detail is amazing. We loved it and so enjoyed sitting on the porch swing watching the wildlife. Alex and Morgan are delightful to communicate with. We will definitely come back!

Colorado Ranch Vacation

Stayed at the ranch almost two weeks with my daughter and her family in late June 2024 to July 3 2024. The owners are so nice and easy to communicate with. The ranch is awesome. Our first time to Colorado and we loved it. It is so peaceful and relaxing at the property. This is the best stocked property I have stayed at ever. There were even plenty of games for the kids inside and out. I could not begin to describe the beautiful views sitting on the porch. Location was great for us a little out of town but close enough to go explore. Pagosa Springs is a beautiful area. This home is beautiful highly recommended and hope to come back. Thank you for having us!

Colorado Adventure

This property was amazing and a great retreat from the city. The house was nice, neat, and prepared for our stay. The owners went above & beyond to make sure we knew all of the details necessary to make sure our time was a success. This is a great place for families to stay. Amazing Stay

We were able to get myself with my wife, my brother and his wife along with my sister with her husband together for a great get-together in this very beautiful and comfortable home. We loved the location along with the great views. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. We enjoyed our evenings outdoors around the fire pit and hanging out on the deck catching up on our lives. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed to cook steaks and burgers on the grill for a couple of great dinners. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home and hope to return someday. Everything about our stay was amazing and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Perfect Getaway for Family or Friends!

Our group consisted of 3 couples, all great friends. The views from this house are stunning. We absolutely loved having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the mountains. So incredibly peaceful. The house had everything we needed, plenty of utensils, condiments, (pantry is very well stocked), games (played 2 rousing games of Trivial Pursuit), blankets, ect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is also a powder room right off the living room, perfect for comfort and privacy. The house is about a 20-30 minute drive from Pagosa Springs but the views, privacy and peacefulness made the drive absolutely worth it! We definitely hope to return sometime in the future!

Perfect Spring Break

My wife and I along with our 7-year-old son and golden retriever had a perfect Spring Break at Alpine Lakes Lodge last week. The home was just as advertised with spacious living area, mountain views, ample yard to play in, and a stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook our meals most nights we were there (the only thing we needed to purchase were cold/perishable items!). My wife especially loved the "if you need something, take something. If you have something, leave something" sharing of kitchen items. We were pleasantly surprised at how at-home we felt with everything we could have needed from extra blankets to bathroom essentials. The home was very clean upon arrival and instructions for use of all home electronics were clear and easy to use. We were very fortunate to get the perfect amount of snow during our stay, and the use of outside towels, a little sled for our son to play with, and washer and dryer for all of our laundry made the stay that much better! Upstairs bedrooms were perfect for our son and would also suite extra families well with the toddler beds available and the private bathrooms. Games and movies were perfect for snowy days, and we never found ourselves at a loss of things to do. The drive to Pagosa Springs was short and beautiful along the way, with a 45 minute trek to Wolf Creek that was also very doable for our one day on the slopes. We will most definitely be returning to Alpine Lakes Lodge - thank you for a beautiful family vacation!

A Memorable Vacation

Outstanding accommodation! We enjoyed our stay in this spacious home, with its tranquil location and magnificent views. It was great to have the added amenities, including a complete kitchen. Awesome Views!

Location, location, location! This property is only about 20 minutes from Pagosa Springs but feels more remote. The mountain views are spectacular and so relaxing. The beds and sofa are very comfortable. Great place to relax and unwind!
