The living area has ample comfortable furnishings and a fireplace and TV that is perfect for a movie night or two. In the well-equipped kitchen, entertain your guests and whip up their favorite meals. Share light bites at the kitchen island or utilize the dining area for a more formal dining experience. This home also features a miniature living area with a sofa, TV, and desk for further relaxation as well as a washer/dryer and WiFI for added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
