Renovated studio located in a community with pool, 700 meters from the center and the beaches of Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava. The nearest beach is the beach of Port Pelegrí.
The loft has 1 double bed, a sofa, open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Ideal for couples.
The maximum capacity is 2 persons.
Disposes of air conditioning.
There is no private terrace but outside there is a large communal table for barbecues.
On the community grounds there is free parking, but the places are not assigned.
We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
