Ground floor in a nice community with pool in the center of Calella de Palafrugell.
It consists of living-dining room with exit to terrace with direct access to the communal area, equipped kitchen, 1 large double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bathroom.
The community is very nice with a large garden and pool as well as a small space to play football.
It is accessed by 2 different streets, and on one side, opposite the community, there is a large supermarket.
Close to the center and less than 200 meters from the beach "Port Pelegrí".
The terrace is minimal, with space just for a small table.
Suitable for 4 people, but we advise that the bunk bedroom be used for children no older than 10 years.
Parking place in communal garage.
The community pool is CLOSED from October 15 to May 15.
We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10€ per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.
