This 4-room house, named "Beatrice", covers an area of 100 square meters and offers tasteful and cozy furnishings. The living/dining room leads to a terrace, providing an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. There are three bedrooms, each with its own unique features. The first double bedroom comes equipped with a bath/shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and it also has direct access to the terrace. The second room accommodates four sleeping facilities and includes a shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with an exit leading to the terrace as well. The third bedroom is a double room with a 140 cm bed, a shower/bidet/WC, and an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, and a microwave, and it also provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate WC.
