The beach, just 150 meters away, is surrounded by a dense pine forest, ideal for picnics and long walks, and overlooks the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena.

The residence is only 500 meters from the center of Palau and its services: restaurants, supermarket, bars and shops. It is possible to book breakfast, which will be served in the residence's bar.
