This hotel gives you old world charm, modern conveniences, and most importantly the most beautiful rooftop restaurant you can imagine. Fantastic 360 degree views and first class sunset dining. Breakfast is included on the rooftop as well and was delightful. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. All staff were very helpful, warm and friendly.

Excellent hotel with a friendly staff and a very good breakfast included. If you come to Palermo, this hotel is the place to stay, but avoid staying in a room facing the street as it is noisy.

Concierge was very friendly and helpful. I was quite jet lagged and the room was comfortable and very dark evening during the day so I was able to sleep well. The breakfast on the rooftop was gorgeous. Highly recommend

Modest hotel in good location historic center. Walk to everything. As other's have said the rooftop terrace - where breakfast is served is a major reason to stay here. The staff were kind and helpful. Recommend

The room was so small we barely had room to open our luggage and the window looked out on a platform with construction debris and scaffolding so we just left the window and curtains closed. The room was clean, the overall decor of the hotel was pleasing, and the rooftop restaurant was good with a nice view.

Our toilet broke. They insisted we change rooms. I was sick but they moved us into a tiny room. They said our toilet would not be fixed the next day. The next day, Saturday, there were new guests in our old room. They then offered a different room, but I had food poisoning and couldn’t move. I also had a purchase disappear from our belongings. They were rude and short with us on Sunday. Refused to acknowledge that our purchase disappeared..
