Emanuele was a very friendly and helpful host - he helped me with parking (tip, don’t hire a car in Palermo!) and even presented us with birthday cake for my wife’s birthday- nice touch!

Ideal location

B&B Ponticello is a small B&B very close to the railway station and all the main attractions. Stayed there for a few days and found the room very clean, breakfast was buffet style. Emmanuel was a very helpful, caring host

Worst ever

We thought we were staying in a band b (bed and breakfast) but it seems this is untrue if you want breakfast it was an additional 8 euros and from what we saw it wasn’t worth it to me saying you are a band b is false advertising, room extremely small box room size and no windows, drains in bathroom smelt of raw sewage , no free water provided had to pay for everything additionally so would I stay again definitely not and would I recommend absolutely NO how the owner can say he has 9.6 from booking . Com is beyond me not sure where the reviews are coming from. We had been looking forward to Palermo and this experience has been the worst of our 2.5 weeks in Italy

Amazing host Emanuele that communicated everything I needed to know prior to my arrival and also during my stay. Conveniently located and you can walk to the main cultural sites of Palermo! GREAT PROPERTY IN THE HEART OF PALERMO

Throughly enjoyed our four night stay here. The property is within walking distance of the station and is near the pedestrian streets. You can walk and visit nearly all the sites from here. The property was fantastic, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and a great breaky served by your host. There were plenty of options of pastries, tarts, yoghurt, cereal and also savory options which we loved. It is upstairs but our lovely host was there to help with the bags. Would highly recommend, great value for money, and what makes it even more special is that you can see the love that has gone into the property and it is special!

Beyond magnificent

If I could give it 11/10 I would. The place was spotless the host charming the location perfect and the comfort level exquisite. The only thing that could have been improved in any way would be an extra bedside light.
