CASA CLO' ALLA CATTEDRALE

The "Casa Cló alla Cattedrale" is an elegant residence in the heart of Palermo, located a few meters from the majestic Cathedral and the Palazzo dei Normanni which preserves the precious Palatine Chapel.
The loft is located on the second floor of an eighteenth-century building, recently restored, reachable through the internal staircase or the elevator. The loft of ca. 100 square meters, thanks to the presence of a mezzanine for almost the entire surface of the apartment has a double elevation that allows the natural division between the living area and the sleeping area. The loft is also very airy due to the presence of three balconies, adorned with vases with flowers, and three porthole windows located on the mezzanine. The modern and refined style blends harmoniously with the period furniture, without neglecting any need for taste and comfort.
The living area is divided into three parts:
- bathroom with comfortable shower and window.

The Casa Clò apartment at the cathedral, pursuant to Legislative Decree L. n. 50/2017, converted into L. n. 96/2017 is one of the types of "short leases", the rental of which cannot exceed 30 days (consecutive and occasional) to be made to the same tenant. For these reasons, in accordance with the aforementioned legislation, at the time of delivery of the house, the owner will make the lessor sign a short-term lease contract which, pursuant to Law no. 431 of 09/12/1998 must contain all the conditions and data relating to the property and the contractor, as well as the amount of the rent.
- the modern kitchen, equipped and island, is equipped with a fridge with freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Bialetti electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and every functional mini appliance;
- the living room is furnished with two sofas, flat screen TV and DVD, a table for 4/5 pax, desk, air conditioner.
From the upper mezzanine you overlook the living room, allowing a wide view of the roof beams.
Both the kitchen and the living room open onto three balconies, enriched with ornamental and aromatic plants, and from which it is possible to glimpse the spiers of the Cathedral.
Through an open staircase you enter the upper floor whose height is 2 meters to the beams and 2.30 meters to the roof.
The sleeping area is also divided into three parts:
- Small bedroom with porthole window, equipped with double bed and wardrobes;
 - connection compartment with a vast library, shoe rack and wardrobes;
 - master bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers-dresser, roof TV and bathroom with porthole window and large shower. The bathroom is also complete with hairdryer, foam bath, liquid hand soap, towels and shower towel.

Wifi connection, independent heating and air conditioning, televisions, DVD, fridge with freezer, iron, washing machine, ovens, dishwasher, bed linen and bath towels, Bialetti electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
Interaction with guests
