DO NOT BOOK, THE OWNERS HAVE CHANGED

We arrived to be advised we had no booking as this lisiting is with the previous owners and not valid with them. They do not recieve the payments as they do not use hotels.com. We were left in the street with no booking as hotels.com were closed. Had to find alternative hotel late at night and waiting for refund reply from hotels.com

Surprising

I liked this accommodation because it was in an ethnic neighborhood where people live and work. I like that it was in an apartment building with people from the neighborhood once I got over my initial concerns because of the outside of the building, door and stairs looked old and unsafe. I like that there was a religious procession with a wonderful band under my window. I liked that I was surprised with the wonderful condition of the room after being worried when I saw the outside. I liked that it was clean, had good wifi, a comfortable bed and a lovely manager. If driving, call or send a message with your license number and the manager can get you a ZTL pass as getting the apartment is impossible if trying to not go down a street with a ZTL.

L’appartement et la chambre sont très bien, spacieux, pratiques et propres. Le logement est proche du centre ville et hyper bien situé pour visiter les monuments de la ville.

Décevant mais chambre moderne et propre.

Chambre propre et moderne. Pas de ménage de la chambre pendant le séjour. Attention dans le couloir et la cuisine le passage de tête peut être problématique pour les grands. Cuisine commune petite avec un mini frigo. Très bruyant car la voisine met la musique à fond en laissant sa porte grande ouverte. Accueil à l'arrivée pour le paiement et plus rien... Petit déjeuner aléatoire. A ce jour j'attends toujours ma facture réclamée à l'arrivée.

Questo BeB è situato al centro di uno dei mercati popolari di Palermo, quello di Sant'Agostino, quindi frequentatissimo di giorno, deserto, ma popolare di sera. Gli interni, in stile contemporaneo, sono curati, in ordine e puliti. La camera aveva un ampio e funzionale bagno e l'aria condizionata era funzionante. Non era accessibile la password del wi-fi. La stanza non proprio luminosa: la finestra si apriva su una parete interna. Non ho incontrato il proprietario, se non via telefonica. Mi ha aperto una signora del pianerottolo che mi ha consegnato le chiave. La colazione era self-service con prodotti di scarsa qualità.
