A LOT of stairs (3rd floor and at least 6 flights of stairs to navigate) to carry luggage (no elevator) Went there Especially for the spa bath which DID NOT work. IT Took Literally 20 minutes to get hot water flowing to bath then another HOUR Plus to finally fill the bath - to then find it did not even work! Only ONE Roll of toilet paper (already started before us) for two people. Promised anything we want for breakfast with coffee from bakery over road…. We then discovered they have NO coffee and a limit on what was available with the B&B package! Very disappointing as this was our last night in Italy which was supposed to be a romantic treat for my partner and myself. This place is also quite a walk from the restaurants and sights which when booking I didn’t mind because of what was promised, but in reality it is just someone’s spare room done up to make some cash.

What really makes this place are the hosts, they went above and beyond at every turn. We arrived with a lot of luggage and they graciously helped us carry everything up the 4 flights of stairs to the room. The room itself was lovely, it looked brand new. A nice little balcony for smokers or just to enjoy the view below. The water pressure and tempuratire was great in the shower and good in the bath after we had been showed how to work it. The bath itself is a great amenity as they are difficult to find in much of Italy. The A/C was super cold and the bed comfy. The hosts were alwasy just a text aaway and right there if you needed them (I think they live in the same apartment complex. The location was close to many things and walkable.much of y.

Ok property

On arrival to the property ( it’s located on the 3rd floor) , there was extensive building works in the small hall, and a very strong smell of cooking. The host greeted us and was very friendly and explained the location, however I must say the description on Hotels.com slightly stretch the actual facilities. You are allowed a pastry from the shop accross the road every morning.. and there is a coffee machine in the small hall by the room.we had 2 coffee and that’s it. Never again refiled. The location is close to all amenities however was not in the best area to walk at night , if I am being honest. There was no hot water for the night, but luckily enough the next day we did get hot water. Overall I would say the stay was ok, but would say the description of the place and facilities are slightly stretched to say the least. No iron, no replenishment of toiletries or coffee pods during stay

Very nice and clean apartment in good neighborhood near the center.We were welcomed warmly with bottle of prosecco and little snacks and got a coffee and very tasty croissant for breakfast. Thank you again for everything!
