The room was damp, the carpet felt wet, the sheets felt wet, it was hard to breathe in the room. The staff was great, and had us try 3 other rooms, but the problem was consistent. I asked for a refund and they said they could not do anything since I booked on hotels.com and that I could talk to the manager the following day. So we were forced to stay and there has to be mold in the for how humid and wet everything was, my daughter had a bad headache every morning and she never gets headaches. The breakfast was also not good, very low quality and having to pay for it, I would expect it to be better. Again, the staff was great, but the quality of this hotel is not the anywhere near the standard of a Hilton and I would NEVER stay here again. Extremely disappointed and very overpriced for the condition it is in.

Bathroom was dated needing an update or refresh. Left half of closet door did not close properly wanting to keep swinging open. The dresser was also in need of an update, was worn and of lesser quality. Having to pay for parking might be a new thing or unique to Florida but it’s ridiculous to have to pay $10-15 a day to park. Where else are you going to park, off site and hoof it to/from your vehicle?!

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Palm Beach Gardens. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. The staff was especially impressive, always welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Check in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, close to great shopping and dining options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
