Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms and bathrooms. You will also have full use of the private backyard, pool, hot tub, and all outdoor amenities. Access includes the full garage and a dedicated RV parking spot. Entry is seamless with keyless access.

* **City ID#:** 048312

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires a separate written contract, a copy of your government-issued ID, and the license plate numbers of your vehicles. This will be managed through the SuiteOp platform after your reservation is confirmed.

* **Security & Safety:** For your security, a camera is built into the garage door opener and points only toward the garage door. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards before your arrival.

* **Security Hold:** Please note that a $750 security hold will be processed 5 days prior to arrival and returned after a post-checkout inspection. (This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb).

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Mail & Packages:** We cannot guarantee the secure delivery of mail or packages to the property. We highly recommend using the local post office or a nearby Amazon Locker for any deliveries.

* **Cancellation Policy:** Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full 100% refund. After that, a 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.
